Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 May 2026.
Welcome to ThaPame. By creating an account or using the service you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
ThaPame is a hobby project that lets you curate friends, build shared concert calendars, RSVP to shows, rate them afterwards, and link to public data sources (setlist.fm, MusicBrainz, Bandsintown). It is provided "as is", with no SLA, no uptime guarantee, and no warranty of any kind.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- One account per person. Don't impersonate others.
- If you sign in via Google / Microsoft / GitHub / Apple / Facebook, the same rules apply.
3. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Upload illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or copyright-infringing material.
- Spam other users via friend requests, shares, or invitations.
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
- Scrape the site or its third-party data caches for republishing — setlist.fm data in particular is non-commercial-only (see Section 5).
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and may report illegal content to authorities.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to content you upload (photos, reviews, calendars, concerts). By uploading you grant ThaPame a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content to operate the service — including showing it to other users your visibility settings permit.
We do not use your content to train AI, sell it to third parties, or include it in advertising. You can withdraw the licence at any time by deleting the content (or your whole account — see Section 7).
5. Third-party data sources
ThaPame integrates with public data sources that have their own terms:
- setlist.fm API — non-commercial use only. By using ThaPame you implicitly agree that you're not using setlist data commercially through us.
- MusicBrainz — CC0 public domain.
- Bandsintown — terms depend on your partner agreement.
- External login providers — each has its own Terms + Privacy Policy linked from their consent screens.
6. Liability
ThaPame is a free hobby project. The maintainers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at €0 — the price you paid to use the service.
7. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time via Account → Personal data → Delete. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data (TL;DR: personal data is removed; public content you created is anonymised so other users keep theirs).
We may terminate your account if you breach these terms. If we do, you can still request a full export of your data first via support.
8. Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms when material changes happen. If the change affects you significantly, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes go to the competent courts in Athens, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue locally.
